You can visit our restaurant at “Eleonas” traditional cottages, in the village of Zaros. The secret of cretan diet is based on the great variety of pure local products and basically on the olive oil, that is used almost in all of our dishes.

In the Winter, you can enjoy your meal next to the fire place and in the Summer, sitting in the marvelous yard under the holy olive trees. The tastes are unique but not unknown. We have initiated in the art of cooking and we always use the traditional recipes of our grandmothers. The secret of our success is the pure products -  most of them are our production – that are always fresh. We cook our dishes with the healthiest way because we use only olive oil we produce.

Mrs Koula, our mother, is the chef of our restaurant. She is cooking with love and fantasy and she guarantee the variety of the pure tasty food delights. We have a big variety of traditional, poor, local recipes. Some of them are lamp with artichokes, rabbit with peppers and basil, chicken with sage and many others. In our restaurant there is also a wine cellar with a great variety of cretan wines. For your dessert you can enjoy cretan raki with local honey cakes and a variety of local sweets like sage, rose, grape, pergamont, quince and others.
