 Description
After many years of passion in customary taste, warm hospitality and good food, the traditional tavern Roussos began a tasteful travel to the pure and much loved Cretan flavours, like our ancestors taught us in this charismatic place.
Roussos tavern is located in Choudetsi, which is in the ridge between Pezanou and Choudetsanou plains, well known for the exceptional quality wines and wineries, that travelers can visit and taste the fine aromatic varieties of the region. The view from the village top is incredible. The village yards and “perivolia” (traditional vegetable country yards) are always willing to supply us with pure materials which help us make fine and delicate dishes ready to remind many rare and forgotten flavours.
